PCS@Home Service Agreement 

Welcome to PCS@Home! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Services Provided

Family-Friendly Cybersecurity Package

For $19.95/month per unit, we provide:

  • Advanced Antivirus and Malware Defense
  • Proactive Threat Monitoring
  • Instant Remote Support

Small Business IT Support Package

For $39.95/month per unit, we offer:

  • Remote IT Support
  • Advanced Cybersecurity Protection
  • Software Updates & Patch Management
  • Proactive Monitoring

Additional Services

Services outside the chosen package are billed at $125/hour.

2. Fees and Payment Terms

  • Monthly fees are due at the start of the billing cycle and renew automatically unless canceled with 30 days’ written notice.
  • Late payments (15+ days overdue) incur a 2% monthly late fee.
  • Non-payment beyond 30 days may result in service suspension or termination.
  • Disputed charges must be submitted in writing within 10 business days of the invoice date.
  • Services are non-refundable, including unused portions of a billing cycle.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and access to necessary systems and devices.
  • Maintain a backup of critical data. PCS@Home is not responsible for data loss.

4. Term and Termination

  • Agreements are month-to-month unless canceled with 30 days’ notice.
  • PCS@Home may terminate services immediately for violations of terms or illegal behavior.

5. Confidentiality

PCS@Home ensures the confidentiality of any personal, business, or technical information disclosed during service provision.

6. Limitation of Liability

PCS@Home is not liable for:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., data loss, business interruption, system failures).
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida and Sarasota County. Any disputes shall be resolved in Sarasota County courts.
